Lithium batteries have a lifespan of around 10 years.

This depends on what size battery you have and the conditions that unit is run in also the insulation of the truck and the area that it's trying to cool. On average the 4 kwh Lithium battery will run for 8 to 14 hours and the 6.5 kwh Lithium battery will run from 12 to 24 hours.

The unit has a variable speed compressor and can adjust it's output from 500 Watts 2.4 kilowatts. It does this depending on the demand of the conditions.

The unit has a heating capacity of 500 watts which is more than enough to keep the sleeper cab warm during even the coldest nights.

The only maintenance required is cleaning of the air intake filter on the evaporator and washing the condenser every so often depending on the conditions it's used in.

It is recommended that you regas the air conditioning system once every 2 to 3 years.

The unit can be simply operated by pressing the ON button, it will automatically remember the last settings that you had and work to those settings the easiest and the most economical way to use the system is to simply have it in AUTO mode this will look after everything including fan speeds temperatures and compressor speed.

The unit can be set to a minimum of 18 degrees however this does not mean that the air conditioning unit will bring the temperature down any faster. It is far better to set the temperature at 22/23 degrees this will ensure you get the best runtime. You can also help it along by closing the curtains and making sure that the area you are trying to cool is a small as possible.

We have many options available for all makes and models of trucks. The condenser unit is generally fitted underneath the passenger side of your sleeper. The evaporator can be fitted under a shelf, on top of a shelf, on the rear wall, on the side wall or even have it fully integrated into your sleeper cab so that it can be hidden neatly and disappear into your cab. The battery is generally fitted on the passenger side rear wall of the cab however where this is not possible the battery can also be fitted in a tool box or anywhere as long as it's away from any extreme heat.

The weight with a 4 kwh Lithium battery installed is around 65 kg total. The weight of the 6.5 kwh Lithium battery installed is around 75 kg total. The weight of the system with 4 kwh AGM batteries is around 115 kg total.

The installation costs are as following: For our standard 4 kwh Lithium battery installation the price is $9,990 AUD +gst fully installed. For a 6.5 kwh Lithium battery installation the price is $11,990 AUD +gst fully installed. And for our 4 kwh AGM battery installation the price is $7,990 AUD +gst fully installed. We also have an optional back charger that can be used to recharge your truck batteries off the Lithium battery in case you have a flat battery on your truck. This is an additional $1,000 AUD fitted. We have an optional solar panel installation on the roof of your truck at $800 AUD +gstfor 200 watts of panels used. We have a 3 KVA 24 volt or 12 volt inverter charger that can be installed giving you the ability to run any 240 volt equipment you have and also can be plugged into a site so that you can run your air conditioner indefinitely while plugged in and at the same time be charging your Lithium battery. This unit costs an additional $1,200 AUD. There is also a hatz single cylinder diesel powerpack for those people that will be sitting stationary for more than 24 hours and require the airconditioning to keep operating. This is $4,990 AUD fully installed.
